Hungary has declared a state of emergency after toxic mud flooded seven villages, killing four inhabitants and injuring 120.Officials say the incident, which saw the walls of a reservoir of residue at an aluminum plant break, is the country's nastiest ever chemical accident.
The two-meter wave of red mud overturned cars, destroyed vegetation and leaked into houses, and has raised worries that pollution from the spill could leak into the Danube River.
